Video calling means that we can give you all the advice and guidance of a 1-to-1 regular personal training session, in the comfort of your own home. We'll show you what exercises to do, advise you on nutrition and keep you on track towards your goals.

Mean Dean's 8 Week Program(Total Transformation) 

I cannot recommend Dean's program highly enough.  My experience has been nothing short of miraculous.  My goal was to be able to get back into clothes I hadn't warn for over a decade.  I didn't believe that would ever happen, but amazingly - after just two months - I have lost 11 pounds and can wear all my favourite suits again.  Not only that, Dean's program has saved me a small fortune!  I thought I was going to have to go out an buy a whole new wardrobe having just started a new job which requires me to look smart every day.  

But what is so incredibly interesting is how easy really the whole process was.  Dean understands how our relationship with food can be highly emotional.  It can be very difficult and painful to wean ourselves off a particular food or substance that provides relief, even though that relief is only ever temporary and brings with it so many problems including weight gain that make us feel worse about ourselves.  Whilst terms like “comfort eating” may be well known, what is less understood is how to stop doing it!

Dean understands better than any coach or teacher I've ever come across how to help us to change those habits.  The only way we will ever make long term changes is by being so incredibly kind and patient with ourselves.  Baby steps are needed.  Lots of self-care and TLC.  With Dean's support I have been able to do what I had lost all hope of ever doing.  The biggest long term change is that I can feel now that my relationship with food has been transformed.  I eat just when I need food, not to change how I feel.  That is a game changer.  And a liberation.
