As a youngster Caroline’s passion for fitness began with athletics.  Having worked in the City for over ten years as a broker before joining the fitness world, she understands the challenges that City workers face when it comes to following a healthy lifestyle.  She will look at a client’s nutrition and lifestyle habits. Mobility comes first, followed by fitness, hiit and strength training.  The client’s sessions are always tailored towards their own personal goals.

Posture Correctness
Advance Nutrition for Weight Loss
Yoga Instructor
